DO YOU DELIVER YOUR PRODUCTS INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes! We will ship our product worldwide. We have many happy customers in every corner of the globe, with the exception of Saudi Arabia, Peru, Ecuador, Macedonia, Kosovo, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, North Korea, Syria, and Yemen. Please note that we cannot ship to military locations.
WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING TIMES?
Typically, it can take up to 48 hours for a new order to be fulfilled. Once shipped, our team will send you a tracking number for your delivery, so that you may monitor the status of your shipment directly. Below are delivery estimations for our various shipping locations: United States and Canada: 1-15 business days. European and Nordic Countries: 2-14 business days. International : 10-30 Business days.
HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Simply choose your style from the menu choice on the product page then click the “ADD TO CART” button and follow the simple steps to complete your order. We’ll prepare your order and send you an order confirmation email.
I PLACED AN ORDER, BUT I DIDN'T RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL... WHAT'S GOING ON?
Kindly check your Spam or Junk folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there. If you are still unable to find it please shoot us a line under "Contact Us" section of our site or email as at: support@sporiotic.com
I ORDERED MULTIPLE ITEMS. WHY DID I ONLY RECEIVE ONE?
Often, when you order multiple items we utilize different distribution channels. As such, many times each item will be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they will get to you!
HOW SECURE IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?
Our store meets all 6 categories of PCI compliance standards; meaning we adhere to the highest industry standards in order to protect your personal information when you checkout and purchase from our online store. Additionally, every page of our store uses SSL encryption technology to protect our shoppers. You can verify this by looking up at your browser address bar and seeing "https://" in front of our web address and the padlock icon as well. This ensures that ALL data is encrypted and secure while browsing and shopping our store and that nothing gets out.
WHAT ABOUT CUSTOM FEES?
This depends on the laws of your country. We strive to avoid this, however we are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
WILL I GET MY ITEM BEFORE _________?
If you plan to give one of our items as a holiday gift, we recommend you place your order as soon as possible, 2-4 weeks before the date the holiday is happening otherwise there is a risk of the item not arriving there on time. We are not to held responsible for items that do not arrive before the holidays.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
All orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

WARRANTY POLICY
Beginning when your order is delivered to you, we offer a 30 day return policy, as well as a 1 year warranty for all new products. Refurbished products are final sale, non-refundable, and come with a 90 day warranty policy.
WHAT IF I DON'T RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Please contact the carrier directly to see if they have delivered the item to the right address.
Meanwhile, we also recommend inform us at: support@sporiotic.com so we can put a claim against the carrier to search for your package. Generally, the search result should take one week.
WHAT IF I HAVE RECEIVED A DAMAGED ORDER?
Please initiate a return request by email within 3 business days after receiving your package at: returns@sporiotic.com
Note any visible damages or operationally damaged, take the digital photographs and provide us with proof of the damage in detail as this will assist us in processing your order refund.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT A REFUND DEBITED TO MY ACCOUNT ONCE I RETURN THE ITEM?
Once you are authorized to return an item back to us, please pay close attention to the return tracking number. Once the item is delivered to our warehouse, we will issue you the refund in 3-5 business days.
WHAT IF I CAN’T PAY BY CREDIT CARD?
If you are unable to make the payment by credit card, alternatively we suggest using a bank debt card or Paypal to finish the order.
